Had an amazing experience one to one with Emma, as a bodybuilder injuries a very frequent specially if you are lifting heavy weight. Starting yoga with Emma really helped avoid them by stretching all the tight muscles around my body and helping me improve posture. Every session I felt looser and better, even helped me lift heavier weights with pain free around my shoulder and knees.

I have been practicing yoga with Emma Darwish for over a year. I am a professional dancer and have been working in the industry for about 20 years and as a very active person I sometimes pick up niggling injures. I decided to start yoga to combat these issues and it is certainly helping me! Emma’s classes are a very good mix of hard work, stamina, stretching, relaxation. She is a lovely teacher that cares about every single student, she always gives her full for every exercise that she teaches. I always looking forward to my class every week and I wish I could do more, she is always so encourage and always with a lovely big smile on her face! 5 stars for sure!

I started yoga with Emma to try and improve my flexibility to help with my boxing. I was a bit sceptical about yoga but in just a couple of months I’ve seen big improvements in my range of movement, especially my shoulders and hips. But what has really impressed me is all the other improvements I’ve seen as well! I can control my breathing more when I’m training hard; it has taught me both how to focus and how to relax, improving my recovery between training sessions; I’ve gained confidence in what my body can do and really surprised myself with some of the positions I can manage. Emma is a fantastic teacher, patient and encouraging and I really look forward to our sessions. I’d recommend Emma to anyone, I feel so lucky to have found her.

I’m a newbie to yoga and was a little sceptical. Right from the outset I was welcomed by a really friendly group, my lack of any yoga experience wasn’t an issue as Emma went through everything in slow time. It’s not easy but the benefits are well worth the work, perhaps the most significant aspect for me is the mindfulness and core strength, which has benefited my general fitness and stamina. After a hard day at work, this provides an escape and I always feel refreshed and rejuvenated afterwards

The perfect yoga class! Good correction, well balanced content, nicely and kindly taught with some awareness of all abilities but still a good level of challenge was more than I could have hoped for! Thank you Emma. We will be back! Loved it!
