Using a mixture of ‘tried and tested’ adjustment techniques as well as elements of Indian Ayurvedic yoga massage, you will receive a full body, mind and breath makeover, that will leave you strengthened, flexed, energised and restored.
Sessions can take place in the convenience of your own home, parks or studio.
