Do you like your yoga practice strong, challenging and dynamic? Are you a fitness enthusiast and lover of movement?
Join Emma for a fun and energetic workshop for those looking for a total body, mind, and breath work out. This is a yoga practice like you’ve never seen before, prepare to move yourself around the studio, using your own body weight, to build strength and stamina and flexibility. A creative, challenging workshop that fuses yoga, callisthenics, functional fitness and capoeira. you will learn unique movement, patterns and sequences that connects breath and movement in a dynamic flow and use controlled tension/tempo as well as explosive power to build muscle, mobility and cardiovascular strength.
Accompanied by some hip-hop, dubstep, cool beats and passionate, knowledgeable tuition. Expect to plank, crawl, leap, turn and practice some more advanced yoga poses and inversions.
A two hour non–heated workshop but expect to sweat!
