1:1 Yoga is one of the most effective ways of deepening your practice under the guidance of a master teacher, while receiving specific yoga adjustments and assisted stretching that takes you deeper into the mind and body. I have worked with several yoga beginners as well as professional athletes and understand and embrace the differing needs of my client groups.
Your first session will allow me to assess your body and understand your needs. Tight glutes? Stubborn hamstrings? Limited rotation through shoulders? Bad posture? Shallow breathing? Stressed? I will help you find limitless strength, depth and release in your body as well as help you develop your yoga practice to the next level.
